The Sarafyan family decided to engage in winemaking, as we had a desire to start a business and a deep appreciation for wine culture. We have combined the best traditions of ancient Armenian winemaking with modern techniques.We use grape varieties grown in the Ararat Valley. We mainly produce red and white wines, both dry and semi-sweet.During the production process, the grape juice is taken from no more than 50% of the raw material (cuvée), which is more aromatic and of higher quality, and from the very beginning contributes to the creation of a fine wine.
