Procedure for purchasing products on yerewinedays.am:

Purchasing products on our website is simple, fast and safe.

Before you order, make sure that:

  • you are familiar with our Return Policy;
  • you have selected the right quantity of the product,
  • you have read the Terms of Use;
  • you are familiar with the terms and conditions for delivery.

When making purchases on our website, you will need to:

  • Read our General Provisions (terms and conditions for delivery, return and use). After that, you can start making your purchases.
  • To make a purchase, click the “STORE” button and then “Yerevan Wine Days”.
  • Add your selected product to the basket. Please review yur order carefully and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
  • Select any one of the two options for receipt of purchase (delivery in Yerevan costs AMD 1800) and receive package on the day of the festival.
  • ‘Wine Enjoying Package” – Delivery of the “Wine Enjoying Package” in Yerevan costs AMD 1800. The package will be delivered from June 1st to June 5th, 2024, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The price for delivery of the “Wine Enjoying Package” outside of Yerevan will be the price of the service for delivery valid at the given moment. The address for delivery is the one address that you indicate.

Pre-purchased ‘Wine Enjoyment Packages’ can also be picked up from any of the 24 sales booths situated on the festival premises until 9:00 p.m. on June 9th. These booths will be closed after 9:00 p.m.  

The deadline for obtaining the “Wine Enjoying Package” through delivery is June 1st.

  • “Wine Enjoying Package” Gift Card – You can get the Gift Card by (1) visiting our office at 26A Khorenatsi Street, 2nd floor, Room 221/222, (2) ordering delivery in Yerevan (AMD 1800), (3) ordering delivery outside of Yerevan (the cost is in accordance with the price for delivery service).

The Gift Card is delivered within two working days after purchase (11:00-20:00). The address for delivery is the one address that you indicate.

The deadline for ordering the Gift Card through delivery is June 1st.

  • Coupons –Delivery of coupons in Yerevan costs AMD 1800. Coupons will be delivered from June 1st to June 5th, 2024, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The price for delivery of the coupons outside of Yerevan will be the price of the service for delivery valid at the given moment. The address for delivery is the one address that you indicate. Pre-purchased tickets can also be picked up from any of the 24 sales booths situated on the festival premises until 9:00 p.m. on June 9th. These booths will be closed after 9:00 p.m.

The deadline for getting coupons through delivery is June 1st.

  • Branded wine /or any other item from the “Wine and Merch” section. – You can get branded wine by (1) visiting our office at 26A Khorenatsi Street, 2nd floor, Room 221/222, (2) ordering delivery in Yerevan (AMD 1800), (3) ordering delivery outside of Yerevan (the cost is in accordance with the price for delivery service).

Delivery is carried out within 3-7 working days, time: 11:00-20:00. The address for delivery is the one address that you indicate.

  • “Yerevan Gastro Show” ticket – You can get tickets to the Wine and Gastro Show online. The QR code for the ticket will be sent to your e-mail address and needs to be shown at the Wine and Gastro Show booth on the day of the event (7-9 June 2024). The QR code is a single-use code. A ticket priced at AMD 5,000 grants you access to attend 3 preferred shows over 3 days. Upon purchasing this ticket, you will receive 3 QR codes via email, each of which must be presented at the sales booth near the show’s entrance. A ticket priced at AMD 3,000 allows you to attend only one preferred show within the 3-day period.

The “Yerevan Gastronomic Show” ticket gives you the chance to become familiar with the agenda in advance, reserve slots for preferred speakers’ sessions, and attend the Gastronomic Shows conducted by international chefs.

  • If you select delivery, you need to fill in the relevant information in the open field, after which you need to proceed with the purchase.
  • If you have a PROMOCODE in the name of the company, fill it in the COUPON CODE field.
  • To proceed with the purchase, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
  • Carefully fill in all the details required on this page, making sure that all fields are completely filled in.
  • Please note that the parties are deemed to have concluded a binding contract starting from the moment that the purchase is made on this website and the purchase is approved by us.
  • When making any purchase on the website, by filling in your e-mail address and phone number, you agree that, in addition to the electronic ticket, advertisements about events, deals and offers may be sent to you in the future.
  • Click “PLACE ORDER” after filling in the relevant information.
  • To make a payment, you will need to fill in the e-commerce information required by ACBA Bank.
  • Confirmation of your order will be sent to your e-mail address in the form of QR code.
  • A week before the event, you will receive a reminder e-mail that will include the locations of all the sales booths.

Personal Data Use and Privacy:

All your provided information is kept in secure database servers. We protect the personal information you provide with passwords. We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent, except for cases provided for by law.

Package Return Policy

  • Purchased “Wine Enjoyment Packages” and tickets are refundable in case of cancelation before 05/27/2024. However, “Branded wines” are non-refundable. The Gift Card is not considered a product and is not subject to return or exchange. The prepaid amount for the Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash; it can only be used to purchase branded wines. Additionall, it is not possible to purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card. The validity period of the “Wine Enjoyment Package” gift card is set from the moment of purchase until 09.06.2024 at 10:00 PM. After the expiration date, any unused value on the gift card is non-refundable.
  • In case the purchased packages are returned after the specified period, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Procedure for canceling the purchased “Wine Enjoying Package”:

  • In case of cancelation, the QR code (proof of purchase) needs to be sent to the following e-mail address: info2@eventtoura.org. In the “purpose” field, please write “Cancelation/Wine Enjoying Package”.
  • In all cases, purchased packages are refundable, if the event has been canceled or will not be held due to a force-majeure situation. In this case, we will return the sum paid for the packages to the bank account through which the purchase was made.
  • The company does not bear liability for your failure to attend the event for any reason.
  • We would like to remind you that the process of making an order on yerewinedays.am, which belongs to Yerevan Wine Days, is safe.
  • Any material, software solutions and apps, including logo posted on the website serve as the intellectual property of EventToura Company, and it is prohibited to simulate or duplicate them.
