Marnuva

Harutyunyan Winery is a family-owned estate producing Marnuva wines, a collection created with a clear mission: to exclusively produce natural wines. By combining Armenia’s ancient winemaking traditions with modern knowledge, the winery produces wines with distinctive and unique character. The wines are made through spontaneous fermentation, without the use of commercial yeasts or added sulfites. Fermentation takes place in traditional 50–100-year-old clay vessels, which contribute depth, texture, and unique aromatic complexity to the wines. The name “Marnuva” itself carries historical meaning, refering to an ancient wine that was traditionally preserved in vessels underground and used during ritual ceremonies dedicated to the god of thunder. Marnuva wines are created for moments of connection: romantic dinners, gatherings with friends, and warm family evenings. Elegant and expressive, they complement the table beautifully and enhance the flavors of the dishes they accompany.
